The weather here in Ireland is crazy, not just that's raining every 5 minutes but also wind is quite fluky. At the end of last week the wind was pretty light but then it just got crazy, gusting 60 knots and objects flighing around. Got out in the afternoon when it dropped a little, caught one wave and then the wind dropped to 5 knots. But after a pint of Guinness in the pub it's all good.

Couple of shots from a last-minute trip to Ireland last week. We've had a few good days in Brandon Bay with big swell. I was on my Exocet U-Surf 76 on the first day; supersick board that just wants to smack the lip hard! On the remaining days I sailed the X-Wave 93. The 2009 Hotsails Fire are perfect! Big thanks to Johan Bijlsma for taking the pics on the only day it wasn't raining!

My trip to Ireland turned out really cool till now. Then the wind died, so it was time for surfing. The forecast looks promising for the next days so fingers crossed.

..another trip made on forecast...now it's the time of Ireland, Brandon Bay.
Places amazing, uncontaminated nature,beautiful wave riding....The only shity thing: the weather, rain and fog most of the time.
