| Hi, Yes, the picture with the lightning is photoshopped, but only the lightning part of it. Capturing a lightning requires a tripod or a serious amount of luck. We had neither with us. There is nothing dangerous in being under a sail in such weather conditions. If you are under a tree on the beach, it is more probable that the lightning is going to hit the tree. I've seen a lot of storms, and the only danger is if you SURF during the lightning. In reality, it felt like the picture above. Lightning all around, hardcore rain, end-of-the-world feeling. I thought it is more important to give back the atmosphere with a touch in photoshop, than to stick with the original, unmodified version, which is not so interesting. I'd rather think in emotions and stories when photographing things and places, than only in pure, unmodified truth. This one gives back the feeling in an instant! :) Andras
