Martigny has quite often more than 15 kn, but it is not bigger than a big pool near to a highway. We had excellent wind on Lac Leman since March, with a lot of good sailing days with 5.0 - 5.7 sails. Best spots are Messery with the strongest Bise, the most frequent north-easterly wind on the lake, Excenevex with surfable waves, Corzent where I took the pics and Plage de Redon which is excellent for freestyle when wind is south-south west. The best thermic spot in the area is Lac de Monteynard, near Grenoble.
